Resumen
El tumor de células gigantes de partes blandas es una neoplasia rara que guarda gran similitud con el tumor de células gigantes óseo. Presentamos el caso de un tumor de células gigantes de partes blandas de gran tamaño con componente quístico importante, localizado en la cadera izquierda, intervenido quirúrgicamente y con evolución clínica favorable, sin recidiva y bajo observación clínica periódica
